I know I am missing one edition of Le système des objets in my collection – something to search for in Paris in June!

Delighted to be speaking and participating in a round-table on ‘disappearance’ with Diane Rubenstein and Mike Gane at the ‘Baudrillard Street One’ event in Paris in June.

I was in London on Friday for the rehearsal of my TED talk. Afterwards I went to the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) and Foyles bookshops where I was pleased to find the new book – Jean Baudrillard: The Disappearance of Culture, Uncollected Interviews – on sale. The last book – Jean Baudrillard: From Hyperreality to Disappearance, Uncollected Interviews – was available nationwide in the UK through Waterstones and so hopefully the new book will also be as widely available ‘off-line’.

Issue 14-1 of the International Journal of Baudrillard Studies is now posted and available to all on the World Wide Web:
